I’m Janna Mama (a.k.a. Mama Janna, depending on who you ask). I’m a mom to a wonderfully mischievous toddler boy, wife, and a healthcare worker.

Sometimes I feel like I have 3 full time jobs that require 100% of my energy – my job, my family, and myself. They’re separate, but connected; if one gets neglected, the others suffer too.

Working mom life can be tough. It can feel overwhelming just trying to get through the day.

This blog is for working moms who want to find that balance between work, self, and family. It’s a space to validate our experiences and empower us to thrive with realistic, practical information on everything from pregnancy to postpartum, relationships, motherhood and parenting, easy activities to do with kids, balancing work and home, self care and wellbeing, and more – all with the working mom in mind.

I’m always learning and growing, and I’m eager to share what I’ve learned so far in my journey – both as a toddler mom and a professional woman with a passion for promoting wellness and balance among working mothers.
