I’m Janna, a full-time physical therapist and toddler boy mom. Between having a career and working full-time outside the home, being a mom and a wife, and trying to find time for my own self-care, things can feel pretty overwhelming. I constantly struggle with finding balance, maintaining personal well-being, and staying on top of it all.
