A Website For Working Moms
I’m Janna, a full-time physical therapist and toddler boy mom. Between working full-time, being a mom and a wife, and trying to find time for my own self-care, things can get pretty overwhelming.

- Trying to find a balance between work, family, and personal needs
- Trying to improve their personal well-being in a realistic way
- Looking for ways to deal with the demands of being a working mom
- Trying to connect with other working moms
- Looking for a space to validate and share their experiences and emotions
